This is the perfect Cookbook even for (we) non-vegetarians. Each recipe is more interesting than the last, the photography world class, the text well written, the conversion charts and resources references quite helpful....and it goes on and on.
The Blond Vegetarian gave us new menu idea(s), added a nice balance to our diet and another reason to spend some time in the kitchen together ...which is always fun !
You should buy one copy for your self and a couple as Hostess and/or Holiday Gifts.
This cookbook is one of my all-time favorites! The recipes are delicious and the book itself is so very useful, even for novice cooks. The Blonde Vegetarian is well written and does an excellent job explaining cooking techniques and introducing the reader to new foods too! I love the dessert Chocolate tofu pie...so rich and tasty, and of course, easy to prepare. Whether you are Vegetarian or not, everyone will find recipes to love in this book!
